Hi, I’m Olivia
My journey into fitness wasn’t just about physical health — it was about rebuilding my relationship with myself.
For many years I struggled with my mental health and spent a long time on antidepressants, which left me feeling trapped in negative thought patterns. Self-love didn’t come naturally to me, and it often affected my confidence and my relationships with both myself and others.
There came a point I knew I had to make a change – one that actually lasted. I began to integrate small daily habits into my life, through regular exercise, improving my nutrition, focusing on a more positive mindset, and spiritual re-connection. I discovered how powerful a holistic approach to wellbeing can be.
Today my life looks very different. Fitness is part of my routine, I feel stronger, confident, and more aligned – and I’ve created a life that I genuinely love waking up to everyday.
My experience is what inspired Liv’s Holistic Fitness — and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women build healthy lifestyle changes that support both their body and mind.

1-1 personal training sessions offer a supportive and empowering space to focus on your fitness.
Sessions take place in a female-only gym environment, designed to help women feel comfortable, confident and free from the pressure that can often come with traditional gym settings.
Together we’ll focus on building functional strength, improving your fitness and developing a stronger connection with your body through movement.
This coaching is ideal for women who want to:

✔ Learn proper exercise technique
✔ Develop strength and overall fitness
✔ Feel supported and motivated during their workouts
